We're excited to announce a refreshing change to our yoga program. In collaboration with Sweaty Buddha, In the Weeds is bringing you an expanded yoga experience that caters to your schedule.

 

What to Expect:

 

Classes Galore: Enjoy up to 8 hot yoga classes daily, accommodating early birds and night owls alike, running from 6 am to 8 pm.

Variety is the Spice: With a diverse range of classes, styles, and experienced teachers, there's something for everyone.

Your Yoga, Your Way: Embrace modifications and move in ways that resonate with your body and energy.

Feel the Heat: All classes are set in a comfortably warm environment, ranging from 97-105 degrees.

What to Bring:

 

Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.

Come Prepared: Wear comfortable athletic clothing and be ready to break a sweat!

We've Got You Covered: Mats and towels are complementary.

Post-Practice Perks: Showers and a changing room are at your disposal.

Location and Arrival:

 

Easy Parking: Find parking conveniently in front of the building at 100 Jenkins Ranch Road and if the lot is full around the corner on Coalbank Drive.

Arrive Early: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class for check-in and to create your MindBody profile.
